On behalf of HRH Princess Ghida Talal Princess Rajaa bint Talal Meets KHCF Volunteers

Amman: On behalf of HRH Princess Ghida Talal, Chairperson of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) and Center (KHCC), HRH Princess Rajaa bint Talal met with volunteers from the “Siwar Al Hussein” program during the annual volunteer recognition event held at the Amman Academy Theater.

During the event, a distinguished group of volunteers was honored in appreciation of their role in supporting the mission of KHCF and KHCC, and for promoting a culture of volunteerism. Several volunteer cancer survivors were also recognized.

In 2025, volunteers of the “Siwar Al Hussein” program contributed more than 60,000 voluntary hours, supporting over 120,000 cancer patients. Their efforts included volunteering in playrooms and the children’s Summer Camp, guiding and assisting visitors and patients, supporting patients in laboratories and the blood bank, participating in blood donation campaigns, and contributing to the organization of nearly 750 events and conferences.

The event was attended by representatives of Jordan Housing Bank, the official sponsor of the “Siwar Al Hussein” program, volunteers, and representatives of national institutions and organizations.
