The Patient Services Call Center handles the following patient needs:

  • Responding to inquiries about clinic appointments
  • Changing/postponing/canceling appointments as needed and when permitted
  • Requesting chronic medications for patients
  • Responding to inquiries from patients outside KHCC
  • Booking appointments at the early detection clinic and responding to inquiries about appointments
  • Referring the patient to the concerned party in the event that their request is not met through the Patient Services Office
