King Hussein Cancer Foundation Renews Agreement with Teeba

The King Hussein Cancer Foundation has renewed its agreement with Almarai Company and Teeba Investment for Developed Food Processing Company. The goal of this agreement is to support the annual KHCF campaigns, the most prominent of which is the "Your Zakat, My Life,” campaign, which is launched during the holy month of Ramadan. The campaign provides an opportunity to provide Zakat donations to support the treatment of underprivileged patients at the King Hussein Cancer Center and is in accordance with an official Fatwa.

This is in addition to supporting the annual breast cancer awareness campaign, which is launched in October, and the Mother's Day campaign, in March of this year, to help raise awareness about breast cancer, encourage early detection screenings, and cover costs of these exams for underprivileged women.

Mrs. Nisreen Qatamish, Director General of KHCF, praised Teeba Company for its support of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation and Center's programs and its enthusiasm in the fight against cancer. She commended the corporation for its ongoing support of the Foundation's humanitarian endeavors. It also encouraged all sectors to collaborate in order to support the largest number of patients possible.

Mr. Shadi Qatati, CEO of Teeba, praised the efforts of the KHCF in combating and raising awareness of the need for early cancer screenings, which is one of Jordan’s most prevalent diseases. For this reason, we felt compelled to participate and collaborate with KHCF for the fourth consecutive year through our collaboration. He also emphasized the significance of social responsibility and the constant desire to form effective partnerships with community institutions, believing in the relevance of the humanitarian message and its place in society.
