Launch of the 4th Cycle of the King Hussein Cancer Research Award

Amman, March 2024: The King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) has launched the fourth cycle of the King Hussein Cancer Research Award. The prestigious award was established by HRH Princess Ghida Talal, Chairperson of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) and Center (KHCC) in 2020, with the aim of empowering cancer research efforts that are taking place within the Arab world and/or which focus on cancer in the region.

Application submissions are now open through the link www.kinghusseincanceraward.jo. Submissions will be accepted until May 31st, 2024.

The Award’s categories include the Lifetime Achievement Award in both regional and international tracks, the Young Investigator Award in both regional and international tracks, and the Promising Researcher Grant.

Last year, 200 researchers from 20 countries applied for the Award, and their submissions were evaluated by specialized judging committees based on specific criteria.
