Kuwait Red Crescent Society Renews Partnership with The King Hussein Cancer Foundation

In support of underprivileged cancer patients, and as an extension of their successful, strategic partnership, the King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) and Kuwait Red Crescent Society (KRCS) renewed their Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the support of Kuwait Finance House (KFH), in which KRCS will continue to provide financial support for underprivileged Syrian patients receiving treatment at the King Hussein Cancer Center (KHCC). This financial aid goes towards KHCF’s Goodwill Fund, which was established to help cancer patients who are unable to pay for their treatment.

The MoU was signed by KHCF Director General Mrs. Nisreen Qatamish and Dr. Mousaed Rashid Al Enezi, Director of Legal and Volunteer Affairs at the Kuwait Red Crescent Society.

And in the spirit of unity and partnership, Dr. Mohammed Mutlaq Al-Hadid, the President of the Jordan Red Crescent Society and the Kuwaiti Ambassador to Jordan Mr. Aziz Al-Dehani visited the Center to get a closer look at all the generous, humanitarian efforts extended to KHCC for cancer patients from across the Arab World, in order for them to receive the best comprehensive treatment available.
