King Hussein Cancer Foundation and Bank al Etihad Sign Strategic Agreement

Amman, April 2026 – In the presence of HRH Princess Ghida Talal, Chairperson of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) and Center (KHCC), KHCF and Bank al Etihad signed an agreement to renew their strategic partnership for three years in support of KHCF’s programs and initiatives.

The agreement was signed by Mrs. Nisreen Qatamish, Chief Executive Office and Director General of KHCF, and Mr. Muntaser Dawwas, Chief Executive Officer of Bank al Etihad, in the presence of Mr. Isam Salfiti, Founder and Chairman of the Bank, and Dr. Asem Mansour, Chief Executive Office and Director General of KHCC, and Dr. Jamal Khader, Head of KHCC’s Education and Training Academy.

Under the agreement, the Bank will continue supporting the efforts of the Center’s Education and Training Academy and covering its training and operational expenses. The partnership also includes supporting the “Save a Life” school run, organized for students to raise funds for the treatment of underprivileged cancer patients at KHCC.

Commenting on the partnership, Mrs. Qatamish said: “We are proud of our strategic partnership with Bank al Etihad, which reflects a strong belief in the mission of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation and a genuine commitment to supporting cancer patients. We also value the Bank’s support for the Education and Training Academy, given its pivotal role in developing medical competencies and keeping pace with the latest advancements in cancer treatment. Through this partnership, we look forward to expanding training and educational programs in ways that contribute to improving the quality of care provided to patients.”

For his part, Mr. Dawwas expressed pride in the partnership, stating: “We are proud to continue our partnership with the King Hussein Cancer Foundation, which represents a true model of cooperation aimed at creating a sustainable impact in the community.
