KHCF Launches “Your Zakat is My Life” Campaign 2026
Amman, February 2026 – The King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) has launched its annual “Your Zakat is My Life” campaign at the start of the holy month of Ramadan, encouraging donors to dedicate their zakat to support underprivileged cancer patients receiving treatment at the King Hussein Cancer Center (KHCC), where nearly 120 patients are on KHCC’s waiting lists each month, hoping to begin their treatment journey.
The campaign was launched locally and regionally across broadcast media and social media platforms through an advertisement featuring five-year-old Ilham, who is undergoing treatment at KHCC for eyelid sarcoma.
KHCF holds an official fatwa issued by the Jordanian Iftaa Council (Fatwa No. 2006/2, dated March 22, 2006), authorizing the Foundation to receive zakat funds to support the treatment of underprivileged cancer patients.
Donors can contribute through online donations (www.khcc.jo/zakat), by calling 0798777222, or via CliQ: KHCFJIB.
Since its establishment, KHCF’s Zakat Fund has supported the treatment of 1,977 cancer patients.
