KHCF Inaugurates its 16th Annual Summer Camp for KHCC Children
Amman - The King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) inaugurated its 16th annual summer camp for children receiving treatment at the King Hussein Cancer Center (KHCC) amidst a cheerful atmosphere. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Khaled Al Qasim, Deputy General Manager for Operations and Support Services at Cairo Amman Bank, sponsor of the summer camp for the 13th consecutive year.
On this occasion, Mrs. Nisreen Qatamish, Director General of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF), thanked the Cairo Amman Bank for its continuous support and sponsorship of the annual camp; stating that: “The summer camp is one of the most important KHCC programs organized as part of its holistic methodology, as it not only caters to the children’s physical health, but also focuses on their psychological well-being.”.
The summer camp will last for one month, and will be attended by 100 patients every day. It will include activities such as plays, magic shows, musical segments, fun games, face painting, outdoor trips, clown shows and other educational activities.
