KHCF Concludes the "Goal for Life" Tournament and Honors Airport International Group for Winning First Place

Amman, September 17, 2018: The King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) concluded its "Goal for Life" football tournament, which was held for the fifth consecutive year in cooperation with IRIS Academy. The tournament was aimed at raising funds to support the treatment of the King Hussein Cancer Center’s underprivileged patients.

13 teams from different companies participated in the tournament, spreading a positive team spirit throughout the tournament and showing their support to KHCF. During the final match, Airport International Group played against Arab Bank and won the competition.

KHCF Director General Mrs. Nisreen Qatamish attended the event, along with Airport International Group CEO Mr. Kjeld Binger and Mr. Tariq Al Haj Hassan, Arab Bank’s Senior Vice President/Branding Manager.

“We appreciate the support and enthusiasm we received from every participant in each team, which led to the immense success of this tournament.” Expressed KHCF Director General Mrs. Nisreen Qatamish. “That in turn resulted in raising much-needed awareness on leading a healthy lifestyle via sports," she added. "We hope that the future holds several similar events that bring us together with companies who share our vision in uniting our efforts to fight cancer.”
