Jordan Ahli Bank Renews its support to KHCF’s University Scholarship Program
The Jordan Ahli Bank announced the renewal of its agreement with the King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) to support its University Scholarship Program. This program covers university tuition for high school graduates who received treatment at the King Hussein Cancer Center (KHCC).
The annually renewed scholarship program reflects the commitment of the Jordan Ahli Bank and KHCF to support education, empower students, and help them become active members of society. It aims to provide necessary support to overcome financial barriers to their academic goals.
The agreement was signed by Dr. Ahmad Al-Hussein, CEO and General Manager of the Jordan Ahli Bank, and Mrs. Nisreen Qatamish, Director General of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation.
Dr. Al-Hussein praised this collaboration. He stated, "Supporting students and education is a core part of the Jordan Ahli Bank's sustainability approach, translating sustainable development goals into reality."
Mrs. Qatamish expressed her appreciation for the bank's support, noting that the scholarship program is part of the foundation and center's comprehensive care for cancer patients. She emphasized the importance of enabling KHCC students to pursue higher education and called for all sectors to support cancer patients.
