Islamic Insurance Company Signs Agreement with KHCF to Provide Cancer Care Insurance
Amman, May 2025 — In line with its commitment to expanding cancer insurance coverage, the Islamic Insurance Company has signed an agreement with the King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) to offer Cancer Care Insurance (CCI) as part of its insurance products. This exclusive coverage ensures immediate access to cancer treatment at the King Hussein Cancer Center (KHCC) without delays related to approvals, procedures, or financial concerns.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Reda Dahbour, General Manager of the Islamic Insurance Company, and Mrs. Nisreen Qatamish, Director General of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF).
Mr. Dahbour emphasized the significance of this partnership in enhancing the company’s role in delivering innovative insurance solutions that address the comprehensive needs of clients, and stated that cancer coverage is no longer optional — it’s a strategic necessity that significantly contributes to improving the health and well-being of Jordanians.
From her side, Mrs. Qatamish highlighted the agreement’s role in easing the financial burden of cancer treatment on patients and their families, stating that CCI is a proactive solution that guarantees access to comprehensive, high-quality care exclusively at KHCC in the unfortunate event of a cancer diagnosis.
