KHCF and JoPACC Sign Agreement to Support Early Cancer Detection Project

Amman, May 2026 – The King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) has signed a partnership agreement with the Jordan Payments and Clearing Company (JoPACC) to support efforts aimed at the early detection of breast cancer. The donation will fund the establishment and outfitting of two state-of-the-art examination rooms equipped for ultrasound and mammography services as part of a new early cancer detection project set to launch later this year.

The agreement was signed in the presence of Mrs. Nisreen Qatamish, Director General of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF), and Mrs. Maha Al Bahou, Chief Executive Officer of JoPACC.

Mrs. Qatamish expressed her pride in this partnership, emphasizing that private sector contributions play a vital role in expanding and strengthening early detection services. She noted that such support helps increase opportunities for early diagnosis, improve treatment and recovery outcomes, and enhance the quality of healthcare provided to patients.

Mrs. Al Bahou stated that this initiative represents an effective model of collaboration between humanitarian action and corporate social responsibility. She added that enabling individuals and companies to contribute to the development of medical facilities helps ensure the sustainability and advancement of healthcare services, supports the delivery of comprehensive and advanced cancer care, and creates a lasting humanitarian impact that extends beyond financial support.
