KHCF Signs Agreement With The Jordanian Vegetable Oil Industries Company

Amman, June 2019 - The King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) signed an agreement with the Jordanian Vegetable Oil Industries Company, under which the company donates 5 piasters from the sale price of each large sized can of vegetable ghee from Al-Ghazal, in order to support underprivileged patients at the King Hussein Cancer Center (KHCC).

 

The agreement was signed by Mrs. Nisreen Qatamish, Director General of the KHCF, and Mr. Azzam Al Ahmad, General Manager of the Jordanian Vegetable Oil Industries Company. The signing ceremony was followed by a tour of the KHCC, showcasing its facilities, the latest medical technologies and services provided to its patients.

 

Mrs. Nisreen Qatamish thanked the Jordanian Vegetable Oil Industries Company for becoming one of the KHCC’s supporters, stressing the importance of unity among all sectors within the society in fighting cancer, stating that: " Every penny makes a difference in the lives of cancer patients, therefore, we value the humane support that contributes to saving our patients' lives, and providing them with holistic treatment at the KHCC.".
