Cancer Care Program Members

If you are covered by the Cancer Care Program (CCP):
If you are a Cancer Care Program member, you can begin treatment at the King Hussein Cancer Center without having to worry about medical bills, as we will take care of that for you. All costs of investigations and treatment will be covered by the King Hussein Cancer Foundation according to CCP policies and your chosen coverage amount.
What you need to do when you are first diagnosed:
  • Visit or call us. All you need to do when you are first diagnosed is to visit the CCP head office in Um Otheina or call  (+962-6) 55 44 970 as soon as possible so that we can begin your coverage process and guide you through the next steps. 
  • Bring your medical reports. You will need to bring the following when you visit us so that we can start your admission process:
    • Your pathology report
    • All other medical documents related to your diagnosis including a report from the KHCC Early Detection Clinic
    • National ID (or passport for non-Jordanians)
If I'm a CCP member who is diagnosed with cancer, does my treatment coverage stop when my membership ends?
No. As a CCP member, you can benefit from your full chosen coverage amount for your entire treatment period even if your subscription expires during your treatment course. Even if you are diagnosed on the very last day of your subscription period, rest assured that you can still benefit from your full coverage amount (unlike other insurance programs). 
What if the costs of my treatment exceed my chosen coverage amount?
If costs of treatment exceed the maximum coverage your plan provides for, then you may have to find an alternative source. For Jordanians with a national ID number, coverage may be available through the Royal Court. However, we are here for you during your entire treatment and we will be your advocates at the Center should you need any assistance.
