About the Symposium and Target Audience:
The Mini Head and Neck (Mini-H&N) Symposium will bring together experts, specialists and trainees specialized in head and neck surgery, including surgeons, otorhinolaryngologists, maxillo-facial surgeons, reconstructive surgeons, radiation oncologists, medical oncologists, fellows, residents and other medical specialists involved in the treatment of patients with H&N cancer.
Day: Thursday, 29 September 2022
Venue: King Hussein Cancer Center, Sheikh Khalifa Tower, Shoman Theater, Third Floor, Classroom 4.
Goal:
The symposium will combine multidisciplinary lectures focused on laryngeal and oral cavity cancers. By the end of the symposium, participants should be able to:
- Understand the management of early and locally advanced laryngeal and oral cavity cancers.
- Make judgments and treatment recommendations based on the availability of evidence.
- Make judgements and treatment recommendations using multidisciplinary reasoning.
- Successfully manage the treatment of tumors in light of alternative and sometimes competing treatment options, including radiation therapy, surgery and systemic chemotherapy.

The symposium will feature renowned experts involved in the multidisciplinary treatment of H&N cancer from high-volume centers in Jordan, USA and Canada.
