Make an Appointment - Adult

For adult patients (18+ years of age) seeking an appointment , the Patients’ Affairs Office must be contacted. This office aims to provide a one-point contact for all patients who will undergo treatment at KHCC. An appointment officer will assist patients in identifying the appropriate physician and coordinate multiple appointments as needed.

To contact this office you may walk-in by entering the main building and asking the reception clerk to direct you. You may also call +9626-5300460 ext 1527 or email the office at info@khcc.jo.

The office will direct you to the Medical Hematology Oncology screening clinic and a nurse will call you within 24 hours of submitting your papers to the office to schedule an appointment.

Please note that diagnosed and undiagnosed patients are equally welcome. Our clinic is capable of doing the entire workup needed to establish an accurate diagnosis.

Regular business and clinic hours at KHCC are Saturday – Wednesday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

It is always important to bring the following items with you on your first visit at KHCC:

    • A medical report from the physician who treated and diagnosed you with cancer prior to arriving at KHCC.
    •  All recent X-rays and other imaging tests that were performed pertaining to your condition. This may help our team to prevent subjecting patients to additional unnecessary images and/or testing.
    • Pathology reports and material. When cancer is suspected, the first procedure is to be performed is usually a “biopsy” where a piece of tissue is taken for diagnosis. Once the biopsy is received at the lab, it is fixed in paraffin to be processed and stored for long time. It is customary for labs to keep these materials for years to come. When you come to KHCC, it is important that you bring this “paraffin block” along with the report. This will help us in confirming the diagnosis without repeating the diagnostic procedure.
    • Personal identification papers that may help in expediting the process of opening a medical file.
    •  A small fee, approximately 25JD, may be required for the first visit and the opening of a patient file.
